The two companies inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the proposed partnership at the sidelines of the 102nd Asean Business Advisory Council (Asean-BAC) Meeting on Thursday.

The “marina-inspired living” homes have sizes ranging from 979 sq ft for the two-bedroom units while three-bedroom units range from 1,177 to 1,356 sq ft.
In his new role, Chung will oversee Sunway Property’s overall division, managing both domestic and international operations.
Alfa Bangsar, which has a gross development value of RM450 million, offers three components: 178 serviced apartment units with built-ups ranging from 570 to 997 sq ft and selling from RM1.
The acquisition is part of OSK Property's strategy to increase its market share in the property development sector.
The mall, which has been operational since August 2024, serves as a retail and leisure hub for the City of Elmina and beyond.
