Sime Darby Property reported a net profit of RM144.
The group's revenue for 3QFY2023 outperformed the preceding quarter by 52.
Phase 1 will comprise Tower A, which is a 38-storey tower comprising 310 units, with built-ups ranging from 700 sq ft with two bedrooms and one car park bay, to 1,130 sq ft with three plus one bedrooms and two car park bays.
The project is scheduled to commence on Nov 13, 2023 and to be completed by May 12, 2025 and contribute positively to the group’s future earnings over the duration of the LOA.
TRiARA Residences is located near facilities such as CITTA Mall, Paradigm Mall, Ara Damansara Medical Centre, and Lotus’s Hypermarket.
Additionally, homebuyers will be assigned a dedicated Maybank mortgage representative and have the option to check their home financing application status on the Maybank2u website.
The homes come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with built-up areas ranging from 1,756 to 2,002 sq ft and prices starting from RM619,888.
