KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 12): TXCD Bhd (KL:TXCD), a construction and property development player formerly known as Ageson Bhd and a Practice Note 17 (PN17) company, announced it has secured subcontracts valued at RM119.

The 34 sen apiece offer from the three shareholders—including the construction company’s managing director and largest shareholder Datuk Liew Foo Heen, second largest shareholder Datuk Soo Sze Ching and executive director Wong Sai Kit—who control an over 70% stake in the company, only received 69,200 shares or a 0.
The contract, which is the first win for the company in 2025, was awarded by Mercu Majuniaga Sdn Bhd.
The latest win marks Vestland's third contract year-to-date, with contract value totalling about RM544.
Vestland intends to fund the proposed office acquisition via internally generated funds, while the proposed warehouse acquisition will be funded through a mix of internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
Euro Saga Sdn Bhd awarded the contract to Vestland’s wholly owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, covering site clearance, demolition, earthworks, drainage, pavement, and road furniture works.
Year-to-date, Vestland has successfully bagged a total of RM667.
