In today’s EdgeProp.my symposium on "Excellent Property Management 2021: Future-proof your investment in the new norm", a total of 200 members of the audience were invited to participate in two Live poll sessions.

One of the questions posted by EdgeProp.my was “When buying your next property, should you ensure that it has been/will be built for sustainable maintenance?”. Ninety nine per cent of the respondents responded “Yes, definitely!” while another 1% of the respondents answered “No”.

Another question: “How happy are you with your property manager?”, the audience were invited to rate their property managers in a scale rating ranging between 1-star (unhappy) to 10-star (happy and satisfied).

The result showed the overall satisfaction rate is around 7-star.

A total of 48% of the respondents rated 8-star to 10-star for their property managers while 29% gave less than 5-star ratings to their property managers; with 23% of the respondents giving 6-star and 7-star to their property managers.
