PUTRAJAYA (Dec 19): Putra Perdana Development Sdn Bhd’s (PPD) latest landed development launch, Hening, was 40% booked over the weekend following its official launch on Saturday (Dec 16).

Hening is the last landed development parcel in Precint 16, Putrajaya.

“Hening has been developed with the notion of combining high-quality living, luxury, exclusivity, security and the harmony of nature. We believe that this unique combination will attract many to these premium lakeside homes,” said PPD CEO Akmel Zurin Haron.

It consists of 39 units of 3-storey luxury villa terraces and will be built over 2.33 acres of freehold land, making it a low-density development.

There will be three types of units available, with the sizes ranging from 3,271 sq ft to 4,496 sq ft.

Type A (16 units) and Type C (12 units) both feature 5 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms, while Type B (11 units) offers 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms.

The pricing of these properties differs according to the type of unit and starts from RM1.2 million, which is in line with PPD’s initiative to develop affordable luxury homes, said the developer in a press release.

Hening’s construction has just begun and is expected to be completed by early 2019.

Putrajaya is located between KLIA and KL City Centre with easy access to highways such as the North-South Highway, Maju Expressway, Elite Highway, LDP and SILK Highway.

The developer believes that its location is attractive to prospective buyers.

“Residents will be able to enjoy the best that Putrajaya has to offer in terms of urban amenities, nature and healthy living. This includes the Putrajaya Hospital, national and international schools, shopping malls, government administration offices, neighbourhood recreational centres, Putrajaya Botanical Gardens, Putrajaya Marina and multiple sports facilities,” said Akmel.
