KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 13): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned unit Matrix Concepts Sdn Bhd (MCSB) is selling four double-storey properties in Negeri Sembilan in a related party transfer for RM10.4 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Matrix Concepts said the purchasers included chairman Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin's sister, and group managing director Datuk Lee Tian Hock's wife Datin Yong Chou Lian and his company Villa Bangga Sdn Bhd.

"The transactions are incurred in the ordinary course of business of MCSB. There is no liability to be assumed arising from the transactions," it said.

After the morning trading session, Matrix Concepts' share price was up one sen or 0.4% at RM2.52 with 727,000 shares done, translating into a market capitalisation of RM1.4 billion. — theedgemarkets.com
