BKP hands over third Verve Suites tower

KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 6): Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd (BKP) has completed the Vogue Tower, the third tower of the developer's Verve Suites project in Mont'Kiara.

Vogue Tower offers 255 fully-furnished serviced apartment units, with a 6,240 sq ft sky garden dubbed Gardens of Concentrico (located on the 31st floor of the tower), along with a Hydro Gym — Malaysia's first underwater gym built on high rise property. The Vogue Tower units range from 462 sq ft to 932 sq ft, with an average price of RM950 psf.

According BKP group managing director NK Tong, it will continue to focus on delivering innovative and added value features to its homeowners and residents.

"Vogue Tower introduces the third sky lounge in Verve Suites, which emphasises a lot on greenery," he said. "In the centre of this sky garden, there is a swimming pool with the Hydro Gym equipment, which allows residents to work out under the water on the rooftop of the tower."

Apart from the Hydro Gym in the Gardens of Concentrico, the 31st floor offers three other activity areas including an open air cinema (dubbed Cinema Paradiso); an al fresco dining pavilion; and four cantilevered viewing decks, where residents can enjoy the surrounding views.

"We believe all the unique facilities that we put in place in Verve Suites will further engage our residents to utilise them, and make the development a better place to stay," Tong said.

The developer is in the midst of handing over the units to homeowners. As part of its customer service, BKP also arranges tenancy briefings, on the prospect of getting tenants, as well as the likely returns for homeowners who are interested to lease their units.

"We aspire to deliver quality products and services to all our customers. We believe that our relationship with homeowners does not end with the handover of the keys. In fact, it signifies a milestone in our continuing relationship," Tong added.

Verve Suites consists of four towers: Viva, Vibe, Vogue, and Vox. It is the first project in Mont'Kiara to feature fully-furnished designer suites and a unique sky lounge in each tower. The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2014, and will boost a total of 100,000 sq ft of recreational facilities.

The first three towers have been completed and fully sold, while Vox Tower — the final tower, which will see the first sky beach in Kuala Lumpur — is currently 80% sold.
