KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd has in the pipelines 47 semi-detached houses (semi-Ds) at its mixed-development project called Bukit Puchong in Puchong. The Bukit Puchong project sits on 1,290 acres of freehold land, which the semi-Ds will take up a small part of.

"We are still in the planning stages for the semidees and once confirmed we will provide further details," a spokesperson for the developer revealed. At present, about 500 acres of Bukit Puchong have been developed.

Bukit Hitam also welcomed homeowners of their Park Villa townhouse project. The Park Villa development in Bukit Puchong sits on roughly 16 acres with a gross development value of RM74 million. There are 400 units of 3-storey townshouses measuring 24 ft by 60ft.

There are two types of townhouses: those with a lower level, and those with a higher level, the latter built atop the former. The lower level units have garden access and a built-up area of 1,259 sq ft. The upper level units have a dry yard and a built-up area of 1,560 sq ft. Both types are 1½ storeys, and come with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and store.

The houses were launched in November 2007 with prices of between RM198,888 and RM268,000. After the handover in November 2010, the units have appreciated to between RM330,000 and RM350,000.
