SHANGHAI: M Square Mall in Shanghai’s Yuyuan Garden business area is scheduled for opening before the World Expo 2010 Shanghai on May 1, hexun.com reported.

The mall is part of Hong Kong Metropolis, an RMB1 billion building project that covers a total land area of 13,220 sq m and gross floor area of 95,571 sq m. It is developed by Shanghai Sin Tat Lee Property Development Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Hong Kong developer Le Jia Zhi Ye.

Currently, the major tenants of the mall include Jia De Li Supermarket, Suning Electronics Store Shanghai, Wanning, JYSK home decor, Dickies, 2 percent, Etam and Veeko Wanko.

Hong Kong property management company MTR Corp will manage the complex.
