CYBERJAYA (April 26): MCT Bhd will be launching the third phase of Cybersouth – townhouses with built-up areas from 1,100 sq ft and indicative prices from RM400,000 – here soon, said the developer in a press release today.

Apart from that, in line with the Selangor Government's initiative to offer affordable homes to the rakyat, Cybersouth will be launching Rumah Selangorku homes in 2016.

Comprising three layout types from 750 sq ft to 950 sq ft, the homes will be priced from RM100,000.

MCT had kicked off Cybersouth with the launch of the first phase in April 2015 called Greencasa, comprising 2-storey link homes.

The scheme has a cul-de-sac road system specially designed to enhance the area’s security.

The 18' x 65' and 20'x 65' homes have since been fully sold.

The developer also recently launched the second phase of its residential component called CasaView, which comprises 20' x 70' and 22'x 75' link homes with back lands that are 15ft wide.

Cybersouth is located within the Cyberjaya-Putrajaya-KLIA growth corridor, which is linked to various major expressways such as Maju Expressway (MEX), SILK Highway, Elite Highway, KLIA Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway, LDP Highway and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway.

There is also the existing Express Rail Link (ERL) station, where there will be a stop along the upcoming MRT Line 2 in Cyberjaya.

The 417-acre township ensures an all-inclusive modern living experience with the 25-acre Central Park and community clubhouse for families to enjoy.

The integrated township will also consist of residential, commercial, education and recreational components.
