KUALA LUMPUR: MK Land Holdings Bhd targets to achieve 70% sales within six months before commencing construction of its newly-launched condominium project, One Damansara in Damansara Damai in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, says an official from the company.

The project comprises 899 condo units spread over 8.76 acres with a gross development value (GDV) of RM220 million. One Damansara is scheduled for completion in 2014.

The project was launched on Jan 9 and officiated by Fatimah Abd. Wahab, chief operating officer of MK Land Holdings.  The development is undertaken by MK Land subsidiary Medan Prestasi Sdn Bhd.

The leasehold One Damansara is located close to shops, eateries, schools, Jusco MaxValu, the shopping hub of 1Utama and The Curve, a bus terminal and the 48 acres forest reserve park, Urban Parks. It is easily accessible via several major highways including North-South Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and MRR2 Kepong-Kuala Lumpur. The commuter train station is a mere 1 km away.

The development also features a 2-acre tropical garden with gazebo, offering a scenic view of lush greenery as well as full condo facilities. Unit size ranges from 1,396 to 2,525 sq ft and prices start from RM233,200. MK Land is offering various discounts for the duration of the sales campaign.
