kUALA LUMPUR: Nadayu Properties Bhd will be launching three major property developments with a combined gross development value of RM1.3 billion in the Klang Valley and Penang from now until year end.

Group executive chairman Hamidon Abdullah said on Wednesday, Aug 24 it would launch a project in Bandar Sunway sometime in September.

Nadayu formerly known as Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd has several projects under construction

"At the moment, we have the Melawati flagship project (Nadayu Melawati) . We just finished our Dataran Prima project and we are in the very advanced stages of construction of Nadayu 92 in Kajang.

“We are about to launch Nadayu 28 in Bandar Sunway, and we will be launching our Cyberjaya project in the third quarter," said Hamidon.

The group plans to grow its brand as a boutique property developer and  create a name for itself among purchasers and investors alike.
