Property players announce listing of share option schemes

KUALA LUMPUR: A number of property-related companies announced the listing of share option schemes or proposed similar schemes on May 18.

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd and YNH Property Bhd will list 23,000 new shares and 1.76 million new shares of RM1 each respectively, on May 20.

Magna Prima Bhd and YTL Land & Development Bhd will also see an additional 62,000 new shares of 25 sen each and 86,400 new shares of 50 sen each respectively, to be granted listing on the same day.

Lien Hoe Corp Bhd, meanwhile, announced on May 18 that it would seek approval from shareholders for a proposed share buy-back of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the company at an annual general meeting to be convened at a later date.

Eastern & Oriental Bhd has bought back 391,000 shares for RM375,739 on May 18, making the cumulative net outstanding treasury shares to-date at 12.97 million units.

OSK Property Holdings Bhd has also announced a notice of shares buyback of 1,000 shares at RM576.17. Meanwhile, the cumulative net outstanding treasury shares to-date of Mega First Corp Bhd increased to 12.28 million units after it purchased 20,000 shares at RM34,349.83.
