San Soon Seng Food Ind buys land in Sungai Buloh

PETALING JAYA: San Soon Seng Food Industries Sdn. Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Three-A Resources Bhd has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Excellent Chemicals Industrial Sdn Bhd to acquire a piece of land in Sungai Buloh, Selangor for RM1.6 million.

The land comprises an area of approximately 4,016 sq metres together with a building.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Match 26, Three-A Resources said San Soon Seng Food entered into tenancy agreement with Excellent Chemicals for the leasehold land since July 1, 2007.

“The purchase of the land is necessary for the operations of San Soon Seng Food. Furthermore, the company would be able to enjoy the gross rental savings of approximately RM24,000 per annum,” said Three-A Resources.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the proposed purchase is expected to be completed within three months from the date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
