SHANGHAI: Shanghai made its first appearance on the list of the world's top 50 most expensive monthly parking rates, a Colliers International survey showed.
In its latest Global Parking Rate Survey 2010, the property services provider said the city was ranked 38, with an average monthly parking rate of US$278.73 (RM881.55). Hong Kong and Tokyo are the two Asian locations that are among the top five of the world's most expensive monthly parking rates in 2010.
The City and West End in London continued to be ranked first and second on the list respectively for the third year running.
The survey covers 147 central business districts around the world.
