SIA to promote Marina Bay Sands

SINGAPORE: Singapore Airlines (SIA) is set to promote Singapore's second integrated resort, the Marina Bay Sands, as a destination for its customers travelling to the city-state.

The republic's national carrier has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the resort for the joint promotional activities, on Friday March 12.

The agreement will see the two parties jointly funding publicity and promotional activities in targeting trade partners, international media and overseas markets, the airlines said in a statement on the same day.

In addition, Marina Bay Sands which opens next month, will also be listed under SIA's Singapore Stopover Holidays programme that offers overseas customers special accommodation rates, complimentary airport-hotel transfers, as well as discounts on shopping, dining and selected attractions in Singapore.
