Sime Darby launches third Property Lifestyle Collection campaign

KUALA LUMPUR (April 10): For the third time, Sime Darby Property Bhd launched its Sime Darby Property Lifestyle Collection campaign, which offers packages for residential and commercial property. The properties are priced from RM250,000 to over RM5 million. The campaign will end on May 31. 

Sime Darby Property Bhd managing director Datuk Seri Abd Wahab Maskan said the properties are in strategic locations with various amenities, including excellent infrastructure and accessibility to public transport.

The Lifestyle Collection campaign comprises a variety of residential homes and commercial space in Sime Darby townships, including Denai Alam, The Glades, USJ Heights, Ara Damansara, Bukit Jelutong, Bandar Ainsdale and Nilai Impian.

The campaign consists of five categories: The Signature Series caters to high-net-worth individuals who are looking for luxury homes; The Inspired Living Series is for those looking to upgrade to spacious, contemporary homes; The Practical Charm Series will appeal to young families or first-time buyers; The High Life Series is for urbanites seeking a sensational apartment to live in; and The Prospectus Series caters to business owners seeking vibrant commercial premises.

Abd Wahab said the campaign is also aimed at strengthening ties between Sime Darby and its customers with rewards and privileges.

“The campaign is an ideal platform to not only further strengthen the Sime Darby Property brand, but to engage with different buyers in an informal environment. Getting to know a customer will also enable us to bring products to the market that is driven by customer needs,“ he said.

In addition, customers who register for Sime Darby’s Prime loyalty programme after a previous purchase will automatically qualify for the privileges and rewards from the Lifestyle Collection, which includes lucrative giveaways and attractive financing packages.

First-time purchasers will also enjoy upfront Prime membership, which entitles buyers to similar benefits as existing members. 

The campaign will also be hosting a series of events for existing purchasers and prospective customers at selected Sime Darby Property townships. Details of the events can be found on Sime Darby Property’s Facebook Page.
