Sunway Vivaldi hosts baroque party on Eco-Deck

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway City Bhd (SunCity) hosted a baroque party at its high end condominium development Sunway Vivaldi in Mont'Kiara, Kuala Lumpur last Saturday, July 16.

The party was held over three main event areas — the Tea Party, Art Gallery and Centre Stage — at the project's two-acre Eco-Deck.

Sunway Vivaldi is a high-end condominium development located in Mont'Kiara featuring  green concepts. One of them is the Eco-Deck which acts to reduce the overall temperature in the area for a refreshing environment.

The party was held to allow guests to experience the Eco-Deck.

"As a whole, Sunway Vivaldi was designed with green and sustainable features which resulted in the BCA Green Mark certification from Singapore's Building and Construction Authority," said SunCity property development managing director Ho Hon Sang in a statement on Wednesday.

Its Sky Bungalow concept also makes it stand out as a majority of the units are duplexes the size of bungalows with built-ups ranging between 3,466 sq ft to 3,983 sq ft. The 21 ft-high double volume ceiling creates a unique architectural character and spaciousness.

Sunway Vivaldi is a 7.7-acre freehold project with a gross development value of RM734 million. This development has a low density of 30 units per acre, which translates into 228 units over the land area.
