Pesisiran Residences Bukit Pelindung

KUANTAN (Dec 4): Lembaga Tabung Haji wholly owned subsidiary TH Properties will launch its latest residential development, Persisiran Residences Bukit Pelindung, tomorrow.

The launch will be held at the Bukit Pelindung construction site, with units being sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

“We believe the residents of Pesisiran Residences Bukit Pelindung will get to experience tranquility that many can only wish for,” said TH Properties senior manager for marketing and sales, Mohd Adlee Yusof, in a press statement.

The gated development sits on 6.97 acres of freehold land, and has an estimated gross development value of RM54.25 million.

Scheduled for completion in November 2017, Persisiran Residences Bukit Pelindung will comprise 38 units of 2-storey semi-detached houses. Type A has a built-up area of 2,717 sq ft, and Type B, 3,497 sq ft. Prices start at RM1,168,900 and RM1,486,400, respectively.

Located in Bukit Pelindung, the project is situated about 5km from Kuantan and 1km from the what is described as the “luxury stretch” of Teluk Chempedak Beach. Amenities nearby include educational institutions, shopping malls, hospitals, entertainment options and cultural attractions.

A “Zero Entry Cost” (ZEC) scheme will be offered to buyers during the launch. ZEC subsidises legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement, professional fees, stamp duty on transfer fee disbursements, and other charges. A minimum down payment of RM10,000 is required upon the signing of the sale and purchase agreement.

TH Properties is an integrated group owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji. Among its developments in the country are Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan, and educational institutions such as Cempaka International Ladies College, Politeknik Nilai and Institut Perguruan Guru Malaysia.
