SHAH ALAM (April 17): Worldwide Holdings Bhd (WHB) will be launching its 208 double-storey terraced house project called Cendana in Puncak Alam, Selangor this weekend. The houses will be built on 10.36 acres (4.19 ha) of leasehold land. Cendana’s gross development value (GDV) is RM125.86 million, and is slated for completion in May 2016.

The houses will feature 3+1 bedrooms and four bathrooms. They will be selling from RM580,888 for an intermediate unit to RM1,037,888 for a corner unit. Their built-ups range between 2,290 sq ft and 2,388 sq ft.

Cendana is located off Jalan Batu Arang, and is accessible via the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Highway, Jalan Meru and Jalan Kuala Selangor.

Nearby amenities include a university and hypermarket.

WHB will also be launching 20 units of semi-detached homes called Ametis on May 23. It will feature 4+1 bedrooms and five bathrooms, with built-ups of between 3,284 sq ft and 3,743 sq ft. Prices are from RM1.61 million to RM2.33 million. It has a GDV of RM36.1 million and is due for completion in September 2016.

Ametis will be built on 3.25 acres of leasehold land in Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Shah Alam. It is a 30-minute drive to the Kuala Lumpur city centre. It is also accessible via various major highways including the New Klang Valley Expressway and Damansara Puchong Highway.

Nearby amenities include the Saujana Golf and Country Club, schools, colleges and shop offices.
