There were 421 active cases in the capital city, the highest in Malaysia compared with Selangor (231), Sarawak (205) and Johor (183).
MOH also announced 71 recoveries today, bringing the total so far to 4,484, representing 70.6% of overall cases.
Of the 105 new infections, 63 cases are in Selangor, 14 are in Kuala Lumpur and one is in Johor.

The updated ruling was published under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Measures within Infected Local Areas) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 which take effect from April 29 to May 12, and signed off by Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba.
Notably, the country is continuing its trend of double digits in daily infections for 12th consecutive days.
Active cases in the country continued to fall, this time to 1,764 — the lowest since March 27, with the patients isolated and given treatment.
