KUALA LUMPUR: I-Bhd recorded a 4Q2010 profit of RM4.24 million while its revenue for the same quarter stood at RM3.5 million. The group closed its financial year ended Dec 31, 2010 (FYE 2010), with revenue and net profit of RM9.94 million and RM2.51 million respectively.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd closed its financial year ending Dec 31,2010 (FYE 2010) with a net profit of RM11.1 million, while its revenue rose to RM1.23 billion. The company's 4Q2010 net profit stood at RM2.98 million.

KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd recorded a fourth quarter (4Q) profit of RM3.23 million and revenue for the same quarter of RM137.8 million. For its financial year ending Dec 31, 2010 (FYE 2010), net profit stood at RM13.95 million while revenue was RM460 million.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bandar Raya Developments Bhd posted a 4Q2010 net profit of RM20.04 million and RM157.45 million in revenue for the same year. The group closed its financial year ending Dec 31, 2010 (FYE 2010) with RM626.2 million in revenue and RM125.6 million net profit.

KUALA LUMPUR: United Malayan Land Bhd's (UMLand) net profit for its fourth quarter (4Q2010) recorded an increase of 103% to RM26 million, compared to RM12.8 million in 3Q2010.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Holdings Bhd closed the year with a net profit of RM162.6 million, the highest annual profit since the group listing. The previous high was at RM158 million net profit in 1999.

KUALA LUMPUR: Mulpha International Bhd chalked up a lower pre-tax profit of RM55.126 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2010 from RM61.371 million registered in the same quarter of 2009.

However, revenue rose to RM279.135 million, for the quarter under review, from RM235.865 million recorded previously.

KUALA LUMPUR: Encorp Bhd will be offering 42 units of 2½-storey multi-façade homes during the launch of the second phase of its Frangipani development in the Cahaya Alam township in Shah Alam at the end of March.
