About 64% of respondents in Rent.com.au’s December property manager survey agreed that good communication with tenants and owners will be their key focus this year as they work more effectively to meet their clients’ short and long-term objectives.

The pilot project for Komtar by PDC Setia Urus, which manages the building, is part of a larger effort to get Penang ready for the green practice that will be enforced statewide on June 1.

These new launches will be within its existing township developments of Bandar Darulaman in Jitra, Darulaman Perdana in Sungai Petani and Darulaman Utama in Kuala Ketil, which are all located in Kedah.

Responding to the announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak yesterday that the sale of houses priced under RM300,000 in new developments must be limited to first-time house buyers only, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said it helped little if the buyers still could not secure housing loans.

Developers will have to increase the prices of some homes to more than RM300,000 so that investors can purchase them.
