PETALING JAYA (May 27): LBS Bina Group Bhd opened its financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 with a steady first quarter, supported by its Klang Valley township projects and a sharper turnaround in construction and trading.
KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 26): LBS Bina Group Bhd (KL:LBS) said it recorded normalised profit after tax from continuing operations of RM44.
The project is set within a 1,000-acre lake environment and features modern lakeside living.
The sale covers one leasehold parcel (expiring in 2099) and one freehold parcel, both currently vacant.
LBS Bina said the JV offers a strategic opportunity to expand its commercial portfolio, leverage state-endorsed infrastructure investments, and tap into the long-term demand for industrial space.
The development, to be executed over 14 years in phases, will comprise 2,922 residential units, including a mix of low- and mid-rise condominiums and landed homes.
The solar farm project is expected to generate approximately 53,000 MWh of clean energy annually, effectively offsetting about 35,000 tonnes of carbon emissions.
“Klebang is selected due to its strategic location within the Straits of Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone (SM-WEZ), which offers significant growth potential through its coastal accessibility, expanding infrastructure, and alignment with Melaka’s long-term economic transformation agenda,” stated LBS Bina.
