As part of ongoing efforts to support homeownership, Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) has launched the “Rumah PR1MA Kita” campaign, which runs until Dec 31.

SCIB first secured the contract in May 2021 to build 632 residential units for RM120 million.

The project, known as SkyAwani Prima, will feature 491 units of affordable apartments, each with built-up area of 900 sq ft.

Under the MOU, CelcomDigi and PR1MA's wholly owned subsidiary, PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd, will collaborate to provide fibre-to-the-home and fixed wireless access solutions to PR1MA projects.

The proposed development will comprise 491 units of PR1MA Homes.

Spread across a 140-acre tract, Bandar PR1MA Teluk Intan will comprise 1,500 landed residential units, commercial lots, a central park and several amenities for the community including a multi-purpose hall, a mosque, a kindergarten and a daycare centre.
