KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd said on Tuesday it has secured a construction contract in Gombak, Selangor, worth RM89 million.

Amber 5 is the fifth and final phase of a thoughtfully planned freehold land enclave in Bandar Baru Bukit Sentosa, Rawang, developed by Leo Vista Sdn.

D'Templer Hilltop Residences is an exclusive freehold residential enclave perched 162 metres above sea level in the tranquil hills of Rawang.

With an estimated GDV of RM212 million, Armanee comprises 258 units of two-storey terrace homes priced from RM690,000 with built-ups ranging from 1,810 to 2,254 sq ft, each featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Myra Gardens Phase 2 marks the continuation of Myra by OIB’s vision of building a wholesome, family-oriented township in Rawang.

A single-storey industrial building equipped with an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) will be developed on the land, according to the group in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday.

The purchase price of RM64 psf aligns with an independent valuation of RM66 psf, the group said, adding that it plans to fund the acquisition through internally generated funds and external borrowings.

Parkwood said it has plans to develop this cluster of land into a contemporary landed residential enclave.

The company expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 and until the contract expires.
