OSK Amanjaya Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of OSK Property, is buying the land, located north of Sungai Petani, from Central Kedah Properties Sdn Bhd.
Legasi Green is owned by Angelaxy Power (30%), Asanaga (30%), and Greenviro Solutions Sdn Bhd (40%).
JHM said the acquisition is a critical investment for the company’s expansion.

The plots are also contiguous to two other parcels that Eupe bought in 2022 from SNTDSB for a total of RM55.
