The contract involves the development of three blocks of suite apartments totalling 1,558 units, along with related facilities in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
"We will also, in cooperation with the Immigration Department, facilitate the application process.
The sub-contract works are for the proposed development of 146 units of villa residences, including common facilities and club house in Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur.
