No cover-up in Tabung Haji land deal, Najib’s pledge to Umno division leaders
KUALA LUMPUR (May 9): Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pictured) told Umno leaders that he needed time to explain the land deal controversy involving Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) and 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), and pledged not to protect those found to have been involved in any wrongdoing, said an Umno division deputy head who attended a closed door meeting with their president yesterday.
