The lawsuit was filed by Proventus Bina — a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIC Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGB — against Tang Kae Shih, who acts as a surety on behalf of the project’s main contractor Simbol Era Sdn Bhd.
The project will feature a 40-storey apartment building with 422 units, a multi-story carpark, two TNB substations, a multipurpose hall, a guardhouse, a management office, a kindergarten, a mortuary management room and an open area.
