The project is scheduled to be completed within 13 months, starting from July 30, and is expected to contribute positively to Econpile’s revenue and earnings from the financial year ending June 30, 2026 onwards.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the REIT said its trustee, MTrustee Bhd, is purchasing the land located in the Durian Tunggal sub-district from KYS College Sdn Bhd.
Established in 1976, Subang Jaya today is a mature and vibrant city with a thriving population of more than 950,000.

Among the analysed projects, six have median asking rental prices that mostly fall under RM2,000–RM4,000, while three projects feature median asking rental prices ranging RM6,001–RM8,000.
