SETIA ALAM (Aug 18):  S P Setia Bhd has recorded a total sales of RM1.

The disposal of the freehold land, measuring 6,658 sq m, is part of the company's plans to streamline its operations by focusing on its core business of aluminium smelting and channelling the proceeds towards its daily operating activities, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The cash call is expected to raise up to RM120.

MK Land is among the Large Scale Solar 4 (LSS4) @ MEnTARI programme project owners that have been granted PPA extension.
