The construction outfit said its wholly-owned unit Fajarbaru Builder Sdn Bhd had accepted the award from Penang Development Corp for Phase 4 of a 25-phase proposed mixed development.
The developer said it had recently obtained a development order from the Kuala Pilah District Council (Majlis Daerah Kuala Pilah or MDKP) for 2,200 units of mixed development township.
Located at the Integrated Development Region in South Selangor (IDRISS) within the districts of Kuala Langat and Sepang, the RM8 billion industrial park will be developed across three phases in 10 years.
The group recorded a net profit of RM782.
Signature International said the purchase of the stake from ZZBSB’s director Foo Khai Shin for RM13.
The purchases, it said, are in line with its strategy of acquiring land bank at locations near to its existing factories for investment or future expansion.
