The commitment signals “confidence and support from investors in our infrastructure initiatives aimed at enhancing connectivity and livability within our developments,” the company said in its annual report released on Friday.
The industrial park will be developed in three phases, and feature solar-ready factories and a low-carbon global centre.
The latest acquisition comes shortly after the international freight services provider's announcement in January that it was buying 5.
