High Court grants application for order of discharge not amounting to acquittal in Ku Nan's second graft trial
KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 7): The High Court has granted the prosecution in Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's second graft trial's application for an order of discharge not amounting to acquittal (DNAA) — amid the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's (MACC) complaint against one of the witnesses.
KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 4): Submissions at the end of defence for former Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad's graft trial in relation to a hotel purchase in Sarawak, previously scheduled for today in the High Court, have now been deferred until Dec 24.
KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 22): The second graft trial involving former federal territories minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor at the High Court, which was scheduled to start tomorrow, has now been deferred to Dec 7 to 10 and Dec 14 to 16 due to the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
