A subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc which bought a majority stake in the company in 2018, Avaland has since undergone a comprehensive organisational restructuring exercise and refocused its core business on property development.
Rumah Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia consists of a total of 1,010 units that includes a wide range of amenities such as a main lobby, management office, kindergarten, shops, laundry facilities, parking spaces, M&E room, multipurpose hall, facilities podium with a swimming pool, and more.
The project, which includes upgrades to the existing road networks, as well as the rehabilitation of the 15-acre Sunway Serene Lake, was done in tandem with its planning for the 17-acre Sunway Serene development.
M Zenya will be developed under an unincorporated joint venture (JV) agreement with landowner Liberty Triangle Sdn Bhd, where Mah Sing’s wholly owned unit Star Residence Sdn Bhd will be paying a total JV consideration of RM85.
The development will be carried out atop six parcels of land measuring 6.
Sheraton Johor Bahru will be part of an upcoming mixed-use development comprising several commercial developments, including a retail podium and office spaces, along Jalan Storey in Johor Bahru.
Under the settlement, JAKS-KACC JV is to pay Teknoserv RM9.
The company said it has also implemented the whistleblowing platform, stipulated limits of authority for delegation of power and authority, and the declaration of assets.
“Upon completion of the (disposed) proposals, HexTech will continue mainly with its logistics, trading and technology and other businesses, such as insurance agency and investment holding,” HexTech said in a filing on Tuesday (July 4).
