New tool arms property hunters with in-depth data, including assets around MRT3

Property hunting can be a long and arduous process involving scouring property listings in newspapers or property portals. Even then, you may not be able to get all the information you need, unless you call up the agents one by one.

Just click to find the average pricing of a project, or compare and contrast pertinent information such as transacted and asking prices, and estimated rental yields of other properties within the vicinity. 

Designed to be user-friendly, a simple search on the Location Scan will reveal heaps of information such as land size, tenure, past transactions, and so on. 

It will also automatically curate a list of all properties within 1km of the searched property, where you can look for information such as capital gains or rental yields of neighbouring properties. You can even widen the search by setting the perimeter distance up to 10km. 

For those who are looking for projects with easy access to public transportation, the Location Scan has a feature to search for them according to the planned Mass Rapit Transit 3 (MRT3) stations. You can click any of the 31 stations and a list of projects surrounding the selected station will be displayed together with the aforementioned information. 

You can also filter your search based on the type of properties you are looking for, such as landed or non-landed.
