KUALA LUMPUR: The launch of London luxury apartment project 375 Kensington High Street will be done in Kuala Lumpur on Sept 4 and 5 ahead of its UK launch, giving Malaysians the first pick of this luxurious development, revealed Henry Butcher Malaysia, the marketing agent in Malaysia.

The first phase of this high-end project will feature 155 luxury apartments called Charles House and Wolfe House. The project is by St Edward Homes, a joint venture company owned by Berkeley Group and Prudential plc.

The project is located in one of the most prime areas in Cnetral London within the vicinity of Knightsbridge with its shopping centres including Harrods, the Royal Albert Hall and the Cultural Quarter on Exhibition Road, home to the Victoria and Albert Museum. For those loving open spaces there is Kensington Gardens and Holland Park closeby.

"375 Kensington High Street features some of the capital's most opulent apartments," said Paul Vallone of St Edward Homes. "The scheme will combine high specification homes with an unrivalled location to create one of the most sought after developments in London, and a truly international address."

altThe development has 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments along with 3-bedroom penthouses in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The apartments range in sizes from 368 sq ft to 1,557 sq ft, while the penthouses are in access of 2,000 sq ft. The selling price starts from £685,000 (RM3.31 million). The apartments will be arranged across seven contemporary buildings, with architecture designed by award winning architects Squire and Partners. The project is expected to be completed in 2013.

The units will feature cabling for an integrated home network system, underfloor heating, comfort cooling to selected areas and luxurious features such as granite kitchen worktops, bespoke door furniture, Swarovski crystal lighting and LED television in the master bathrooms.

A concierge service at the lobby is available to look after residents' day-to-day requirements and to welcome guests. Residents also have exclusive access to a leisure suite which features a swimming pool and fitness studio.

The High Street Kensington Underground station is only three stops from Knightsbridge, and five stops from Bond Street.

St Edward Homes' first project was in 2009 when it launched Stanmore Lane located on Honeypot Lane in Stanmore, North West London. Once completed there will be 800 apartments and houses. The first release of homes for sale is a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with the launch price of £240,000 onwards. 375 Kensington High Street is the second project for St Edward Homes.
