KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Magna Prima Bhd has launched shop offices at its latest integrated development Boulevard Business Park@Jalan Kuching.

The business park covers an area of over 10.23 acres, and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM572 million. Already two blocks (out of eight) have been sold at the launch on Wednesday, June 22.

"This is a positive sign," said Magna Prima executive director Lawrence Lee Yek Hui at the launch. "This development carries numerous potential business opportunities, especially since it is located in a high density and established area with a huge existing population. As such, we are optimistic that it will enjoy good response from the public seeking good investment returns," he added.

The low rise commercial podium offers 94 units of 4-storey shop offices equipped with lifts. Unit sizes range from 5,540 sq ft to 10,246 sq ft, with prices starting at RM550,000.

Boulevard Business Park's shop offices are the first component of the 3-in-1 integrated project. The retail podium with 2,000 parking bays and a block of serviced apartments are expected to be launched by the third quarter of 2011. The development fuses traditional shop offices with a shopping precint and the adjacent serviced apartments. The Boulevard Business Park is expected to be completed by 2014.

In conjunction with the launch, buyers will be entitled to two years interest free loans via OCBC Bank through a Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) along with legal fees waiver.
