KUALA LUMPUR: Colliers International has been appointed by order of the owner to offer an en bloc building, No 52 D’Aguilar Street (picture) in Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong, for sale by public tender.

The tender will be close at 12pm on Feb 9, 2010.

“As land supply is very limited in Central, the property, an en bloc building located at the district’s core leisure and dining area, possesses a valuable investment potential,” said Colliers International (Hong Kong)’s manager of retail services, Fendy Wai in a statement on Jan 4.

The property sits on a site covering a gross area of approximately 544 sq ft. The 6-storey (including the ground floor) commercial building provides a total gross floor area (GFA) of 2,656 sq ft. 

The ground floor covers a GFA of 408 sq ft, with the rest ranging from 364 sq ft to 376 sq ft.

The ground floor is currently occupied by a famous pub called The Keg and the upper floors are leased to a reputable spa called Sense of Touch.  The property will be sold subject to existing letting and tenancy on an “as-is” basis.

The property is situated in Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong’s stylish dining and entertainment destination and home to over 100 restaurants and bars. 

Located close to Central, Hong Kong’s core business district and an international financial centre, Lan Kwai Fong is popular for after-work drinks, dinners, celebrations and great nights out.
