Cyberview meets The Edge

PETALING JAYA: A team from Cyberview Sdn Bhd visited The Edge Communications office in Mutiara Damansara and met up with some of its editors on April 13.

Cyberview is the landowner and master developer of Cyberjaya, the centre of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC). The Cyberview team was led by business, corporate communications and planning general manager Rashid Mat, and finance and corporate services general manager Izatul Arini Mohd Ariff Albakri.

After an introduction by The Edge editor-in-chief Dorothy Teoh about The Edge’s various publications, Rashid then gave a briefing on Cyberview’s role in the development of Cyberjaya as a cybercity, as well as update on its current activities, developments and plans.  Cyberjaya has experienced exponential growth since 2006 and now houses more than 500 companies. It has also in recent times attracted a number of property developers to have a presence there including major players such as S P Setia Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, UEM Land Bhd, OSK Properties Sdn Bhd, and Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd.
