DiJaya Corp terminates ties with India's Starlite Global Enterprises

KUALA LUMPUR: Dijaya Corporation Bhd has issued a notice of termination of agreement to Starlite Global Enterprises (India) Limited (formerly known as Telangana Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited) for the development of Telangana's land at Balanagar in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

According to the group's announcement on Tuesday, August 9, the termination is due to the breach of the terms in the agreement by Starlite Global.

The agreement was entered into by Dijaya's subsidiary, Dijaya-Malind JV (Mauritius) Limited and Starlite Global on April 9, 2007.
