KUALA LUMPUR: Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd is launching the first phase of 2-storey superlink homes at its Cempaka Suria project in Kota Seriemas (pictured), Nilai, Negri Sembilan on Feb 20.
Seriemas Development (formerly known as I&P Seriemas Sdn Bhd) is a subsidiary of PNB Development Sdn Bhd.
The first phase (of three phases) comprises 34 units with a gross development value of RM12 million, said marketing senior manager Mohamad Nadzri Abd Wahab. The units have a land area of 24ft x 75ft with built-ups from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft. Prices are from RM309,753 to RM582,485 (prices after bumiputra discount).
The estimated date of completion of this phase is January 2012.
Cempaka Suria is a 20-acre freehold development located in the 2,400-acre Kota Seriemas township. It is about 10km from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and about 8km from the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal Airport and 20km from Seremban.
The launch will be held at the Property Marketing Centre at Kota Seriemas from 10am to 5pm.
