Wanda One, the UK subsidiary of Chinese real estate company Dalian Wanda Group, will soon unveil its first release in River Tower – a collection of luxury apartments serviced by the Wanda Vista London five-star hotel.

Set in the heart of the Nine Elms, on the regenerated area of the banks of the River Thames, the first release of River Tower will be a collection of exclusive 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with interiors by United Design Partnership.

At 161m tall, River Tower at One Nine Elms is designed by the architectural practice Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) Associates.

Sales and marketing director at Wanda One (UK) Tim Gawthorn says River Tower has received “significant interest from stakeholders across the globe” and Wanda One is looking forward to launching the sales campaign for Asian buyers.

He adds that Wanda continues to see appetite from Asian buyers for London real estate market, and are attracted to luxury offerings associated with the One Nine Elms development.

River Tower residents will have all of the benefits provided by Wanda Vista Hotel London, and access to the private residents lounge on the 19th floor as well as an observation deck on the 42nd floor. Wanda Vista Hotel facilities include the fully equipped gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants and bars. Room service is available to residents in their apartments, as are private concierge and butler services.

Residents can expect spectacular views from one of the tallest residential towers in central London. Its location enables River Tower to enjoy a variety of direct national and international transport links, connecting residents to the West End in 10 minutes, Canary Wharf in 24 minutes, City Airport in 36 minutes and London Heathrow in 54 minutes.

When completed in 2019, River Tower will be one of Western Europe’s tallest residential projects.
