Building around the idea of a “landed mid-rise”, DaMai comprises a 17-storey block with 306 units ranging from 2,056 to 5,038 sq ft.
“The group will adopt a prudent approach by leveraging its strategic land bank to develop properties that meet market needs.”
The 7.3-acre site, which comes with a new 99-year leasehold, is designated for an integrated development comprising up to 875 residential units, approximately 12,600 sq m of commercial space, a bus interchange, and a hawker centre.
Country Heights said the full payment of RM142,698 to Fujifilm was settled on Sept 4.
