Ireka Corp Bhd is giving a profit warning that its financials are expected to be dragged by the huge losses in its wholly-owned unit Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (IECSB) in the current third financial quarter ending March 31, 2023 (3QFY2023).

Pesona Metro said its wholly owned subsidiary Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from property developer Land Market Sdn Bhd to build a two-block 44-storey condominium in Mon't Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

MR DIY Group (M) Bhd is buying 80 units of purpose-built foreign worker quarters in Selangor for RM165,000 each, or a total of RM13.2 million.
