Subang Jaya assemblyman Hannah Yeoh said the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) had taken over the management of the complex when the contract with a third party expired last year.

Developers will have to increase the prices of some homes to more than RM300,000 so that investors can purchase them.
