Will Hari Raya holidays be deferred?
KUALA LUMPUR (April 21): The government “will look into the possibility of deferring” the Hari Raya Aidilfitri public holidays in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Star reported today.
Bomba: 39% rise in fire rescue calls during Ops Raya 2017
KUALA LUMPUR (June 11): There were 3,354 fire rescue calls during the Ops Raya 2017 campaign, up by 39% from 2,400 calls recorded in the previous year, said the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (Bomba) director-general Mohammad Hamdan Wahid (pictured) today.
