Bursa defers AGM following Malaysia's 14-day movement control order to curb COVID-19

KUALA LUMPUR (March 18): Bursa Malaysia Bhd has informed its shareholders that the bourse regulator and operator's 43rd annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled here on March 31, 2020 is postponed following Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s announcement on Malaysia's 14-day Movement Control Order from today to March 31 to curb the spread of the COVID-19 infection.
