PETALING JAYA (June 16): Gabungan AQRS Bhd has executed a new joint venture agreement (JVA) with landowner Rising Charm Sdn Bhd to supersede the original December 2025 agreement for an integrated commercial development in Bangi, Selangor, with the key revision restructuring how and when the landowner receives its unit entitlement from the project.
The group said the development will comprise 1,673 residential units and a commercial net sellable area of 87,500 sq ft.
The research house said that the bullish bias above that level may see the stock climb towards the 38 sen immediate resistance, followed by its recent high of 39.
The arbitration shall be conducted and administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) with the seat of arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Econpile said.
The construction and property development group said the ICPs are to have a tenure of one to 12 months, while the IMTNs will have a tenure of more than one year and up to seven years.
Last month, Gabungan AQRS Bhd announced that it has received a notice in writing from its former auditor Messrs BDO PLT on its resignation as auditor of the construction firm and that BDO’s term of office would end after 21 days from July 21.
